Cranberry-Pomegranate Mimosa

Need a holiday drink for Sunday Brunch? Try this Cranberry-Pomegranate mimosa.




Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp white sugar, or as needed

  • 3 frozen cranberries

  • 1oz cranberry-pomegranate juice

  • 1oz orange juice

  • 2oz champagne





Disclaimer: For those of legal age, please drink responsibly and with moderation.





Directions:

  1. Fill a small plate with ¼ inch of water. Pour sugar onto a second small plate. Gently dip the rim of a champagne glass into the water. Allow excess water to drip off, then dip the rim into the sugar.

  2. Place cranberries in the bottom of the champagne glass. Add cranberry-pomegranate juice, orange juice, and champagne.

Serves: 1
