Healthy Vegan Green Smoothie (Gluten-free)

A quick and easy smoothie that you can drink at home at the table or on the go.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 cups or a large handful of fresh baby spinach

  • ¼ cup fresh mint, about 10 leaves

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • 2 ice cubes

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup Almond Breeze Almond milk Cashew milk, add more as needed

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine the banana, spinach, mint leaves, almond butter, ice, vanilla and cashew milk. Blend until smooth. Add more cashew milk as needed for desired consistency.

  2. Pour into glasses and serve. Enjoy.
