I find myself with very little time to cook whether that is due to my studies, work, or personal matters. I love cooking, but it’s become so difficult to make anything with the limited time that I have. One day, I was rather bored, and I watched some Korean street food videos and I saw these recipes for cheesy rice, and lactose-free corn. I knew I wanted to make something similar as it looked tasty, However, I only had packaged ramen noodles, some sauces, and shredded lactose free mozzarella cheese. With these ingredients only, I came up with quick and easy cheesy soy sauce noodles.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of ramen noodles of your choice

  • 1 tsp of sesame oil

  • Soy sauce to taste

  • ½ a cup of shredded cheese (Mozarella)

  • ¼ of a cup of an oil of your choice

  • A pinch of sugar

Directions:

  1. Boil water on medium heat. Once the water is boiling add your noodles according to the package.

  2. In a pan, on medium-low heat, heat up the oil for about five minutes.

  3. Once your noodles are cooked add them to the pan for a few minutes.

  4. Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, and sugar into the pan and mix well into the noodles.

  5. Now add in your cheese, and mix well into the noodles.

  6. Let it cook for about five minutes, or until the cheese is fully incorporated into the noodles. You are looking to see if the cheese melted. Make sure to constantly turn so you do not burn the noodles.

  7. Now put the noodles on a plate, and you are done!

Serves: 1-2
