Try out this popular Korean dish that is both sweet and savoury.
Ingredients:
1-2 cups of an assortment of seafood (Squid, shrimp, mussels, oysters, clams, etc. )
A handful of green onion
1 cup Korean pancake mix (Buchim Garu)
Sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2-3 tsp vinegar
1 Tbsp water
Pinch of black pepper
½ tsp sugar
Directions:
Wash a handful of green onion, seafood and drain excess water. Dry ingredients using a paper towel.
Cut the green onion into 2-3 inch pieces.
In a large bowl, mix 1 cup of pancake mix with 3/4 cup of cold water and whisk it. Add cleaned seafood and cut spring onion and mix all together.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat with vegetable oil, ladle the mixture into the pan, and spread evenly into a thin round shape. Cook 3-4 minutes. Turn it over and cook for another 3-4 minutes. (Add more oil around the edge if needed)
Mix all ingredients for dipping sauce using a spoon.
Serve hot off the pan with dipping sauce.
