Tipsy Rainbow

Pride is not always about rainbows, but if you want a layered and flavoured drink try out our tipsy rainbow.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Grenadine

  • ½ oz. Peach Schnapps

  • 1½ oz. Pineapple Juice

  • 1 oz. Vodka

  • ½ oz. Blue Curaçao

  • Garnish: Orange Slice, Cherry

Directions:

  • Pour some Grenadine into the base of a glass and slowly spoon in some ice cubes. Set aside.

  • In a shaking glass with ice, combine peach schnapps and pineapple juice. Shake well.

  • Slowly pour over grenadine, filling almost to the top.

  • In a separate shaking glass with ice, combine vodka and blue curaçao. Shake well and carefully layer on top.

  • Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Serves: 1
