Blackberry Sorbet

Craving something sweet? Try out this homemade blackberry sorbet for a sweet treat.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups frozen blackberries

  • ¼ cup honey

Directions:

  1. In the bowl of a food processor or high speed blender, blend the blackberries and honey until thoroughly combined.

  2. Pour into a rectangular loaf pan and smooth into an even layer.

  3. Freeze for 2 hours, or until frozen but still soft enough for scooping.

  4. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy!
