Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Craving a classic cheesecake? Try this chocolate chip cheesecake that gives you the classic cheesecake flavour with a fun chocolatey twist.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made, ready-to-use graham cracker crust

  • 2 pkg cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 eggs

  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350˚F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until blended.

  3. Add the eggs and stir until blended.

  4. Add half of the chocolate chips and fold with a spatula.

  5. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and top with remaining chocolate chips.

  6. Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the centre.

  7. Let cool and place it in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.

Serves: 8
