Ingredients:
1 pre-made, ready-to-use graham cracker crust
2 pkg cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
¾ cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Pre-heat the oven to 350˚F.
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until blended.
Add the eggs and stir until blended.
Add half of the chocolate chips and fold with a spatula.
Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and top with remaining chocolate chips.
Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the centre.
Let cool and place it in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
