Ingredients:
Base
1 egg
⅔ cup flour
½ tsp soda
½ baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup chopped pecans
Cream
½ cup melted butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup honey
Directions:
Mix the melted butter, sugar and honey together in a bowl.
Add the beaten egg, flour, soda, baking powder and salt to the mix.
Slowly mix in the oats, coconut, vanilla and pecans and mix well.
Spread the mix in a greased 12 x 8 inch pan.
Combine flour and 2 cups of brown sugar in a bowl.
Preheat the oven at 350°F .
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool before serving.
Cut when cooled. Enjoy!
