Raspberry Cheesecake Tartlets

Craving cheesecake but do not want to bake a whole cake? These Raspberry cheesecake tartlets are perfect for you then!
Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
15 mini phyllo cups, thawed
15 fresh raspberries
Directions:
Place the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest into a medium bowl and beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Scoop the mixture into a zip-lock bag, then snip off the corner of the bag.
Squeeze cheesecake mixture into each mini phyllo cup and then top with a fresh raspberry.
Keep these stored in the fridge until ready to serve and enjoy!
