Broccoli Chicken Casserole is an excellent and easy weeknight meal- it's has everything you need in one dish, and it's oven-ready in 30 minutes or less. It also uses ingredients you already have and is a great way to use up leftovers.

Ingredients:
1 package (6 ounces) chicken stuffing mix
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 can (10 ¾ ounces) condensed broccoli cheese soup, undiluted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, using only1-1/2 cups of water.
Combine the chicken, broccoli, and soup in a large bowl and transfer it into a greased 11x7-inched baking dish.
Top with stuffing; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered, 20 minutes. Uncover; bake until heated through, 10-15 minutes longer.
