Sesame Egg and Rice

I love rice and egg. They are so delicious and easy to make on any day! Sometimes, I like to add more flavour to my egg, and I do so oftentimes with sesame oil.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tsp of sesame oil

  • Soy sauce to taste (optional)

  • Hot Sauce to taste (optional)

Directions:

  1. First, wash your rice thoroughly three times and then place it into the rice cooker. Timing depends on your rice cooker.

  2. Once the rice is cooked, heat up your pan on medium-low heat.

  3. Add in your egg, and then add in sesame oil

  4. Let your egg cook for a few minutes then place it on top of the rice, and then your dish is ready to serve. You can add soy sauce atop if you would like.

  5. You can have this dish for any meal of the day!
