Ingredients:
Chicken marination
300-gram boneless chicken, 2-inch strips
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 egg
3 tbsp corn starch
2-3 green chillies (chopped)
Manchurian sauce
300 grams spaghetti
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp chili flakes
1 chicken cube
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
Salt to taste
2 Tbsp oil (vegetable oil, canola oil)
3-4 drops sesame oil
Vegetables for Chicken Manchurian Spaghetti:
1 small onion, diced
1 small green capsicum, julienne cut
1 small red capsicum, julienne cut
3-4 green onion chopped
1 cup cabbage, julienne cut
Other:
Oil for deep/shallow frying
For boiling the spaghetti 4 L water
1 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp oil (vegetable oil, canola oil
Directions:
Cut all the vegetables and boil the spaghetti following the steps on the box. Then, set aside for the next steps.
Cut the chicken into strips and add all the ingredients to the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Once marination is complete, add 1 tbsp of oil into a pan and fry the chicken on medium heat for 7-8 minutes (until the chicken is golden brown in colour)
Then set the chicken aside for the next step.
For the Manchurian sauce, add 2 tbsp of oil into a deeper pan and add the 2 chopped cloves of garlic while frying it for 20 seconds.
Add the vinegar and soy sauce on low heat and add ketchup, black pepper, chili flakes, sugar, chicken cube, and mix.
Add all the vegetables and cook for 2 minutes on high flame.
Add the fried chicken and cook for 1 minute.
Add the cooked spaghetti.
Add 3-4 drops of sesame oil and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve on a plate and enjoy the meal!
