Chocolate Coconut Overnight Oats

If you love chocolate and coconut, this overnight oat recipe is for you. A simple morning meal or snack that can be prepped days ahead and stay cool in the fridge.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chocolate-flavoured almond milk (milk or milk alternatives)

  • ¾ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)

  • 1 Tbsp packed shredded sweetened coconut

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1-1½ Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (Add more depending on milk flavour)

  • 1 splash vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Mix almond milk, oats, chia seeds, coconut, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in a 12-ounce mason jar.

  2. Cover and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.

  3. Stir; top with a little coconut and a few chocolate chips (if desired)

Serves: 1
