Nobody wants just a plain salad. Spice up yours with our grilled steak salad recipe for a new favourite.
Ingredients:
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
1½ tsp freshly chopped dill
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp olive oil
4 Tbsp cold water
4 tenderloin steaks
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 package baby spinach
1 cucumber, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced into wedges
Directions:
Combine the crumbled feta, dill, red wine vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a small bowl. Use a fork to mash all the ingredients together.
Place into a salad dressing shaker or a jar/container with water and shake until combined.
Brush the steaks with the remaining olive oil and season with salt & pepper.
Grill the steaks over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
Place 2 cups of baby spinach on each plate, top with steak strips and tomato wedges, and drizzle with the feta dressing. Plate and enjoy!
