Grilled Steak Salad

Nobody wants just a plain salad. Spice up yours with our grilled steak salad recipe for a new favourite.



Ingredients:

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1½ tsp freshly chopped dill

  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

  • 4 Tbsp cold water

  • 4 tenderloin steaks

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 package baby spinach

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 2 tomatoes, sliced into wedges


Directions:

  1. Combine the crumbled feta, dill, red wine vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a small bowl. Use a fork to mash all the ingredients together.

  2. Place into a salad dressing shaker or a jar/container with water and shake until combined.

  3. Brush the steaks with the remaining olive oil and season with salt & pepper.

  4. Grill the steaks over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.

  6. Place 2 cups of baby spinach on each plate, top with steak strips and tomato wedges, and drizzle with the feta dressing. Plate and enjoy!
