Maple Glazed Salmon

Alessandra

Personally, I have never been a seafood fan. However, credit again to my mom to finding a salmon recipe that everyone loves. A simple salmon recipe that is great for mid-week meals or when you need something quick to eat. Tastes amazing paired with a bed of rice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 centre cut salmon fillet (1.5-2 lbs)

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp of parsley

  • 1 Tbsp rosemary

  • 4 tsp balsamic vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, mustard, parsley, rosemary, salt, pepper.

  • Spread over salmon to coat.

  • Bake in a 425°F, pre-heated oven for approximately 15 minutes (or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.

  • Drizzle salmon with the balsamic and serve!

Serves: 4-6
