The perfect garlic mustard and rosemary marinade are tender, flavourful, and so delicious!
Ingredients:
Olive oil, light coat
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
¼ cup Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black peppercorn
2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary
2-4 cloves of garlic, minced
8 lamb chops
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with enough olive oil to make a good paste. Cover lamb chops with this marinade and let rest in the fridge up to overnight, or an hour at minimum.
Grill to desired temperature and serve.
