Pineapple Mango Smoothie

A fresh and sweet smoothie that requires no added sugar. The pineapple mango smoothie makes for a great morning smoothie or refreshing snack.










Ingredients:

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple, chopped or chunks

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1 cup frozen mango, chunks








Directions:

  1. Combine pineapple chunks, orange juice, and mango chunks in a blender.

  2. Cover, and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into glasses or travel mugs and enjoy!

Notes:

Ask an adult for help with:

  • Cutting the fruit

  • Using the blender
