Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
¼ tsp salt
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
2 Tbsp oil
Water for consistency
Directions:
Whisk eggs, milk, and oil together until fully combined.
Slowly whisk in flour. Stir until combined.
Add salt and sugar, mix until smooth.*Mixture should be very runny, if it looks too thick, add water little by little until the mixture thins out. If too thin, add a little flour until it reaches the correct consistency.
Heat pan on medium-high heat. When hot, spray with a little bit of oil.
Fill the ladle with batter, lift the pan in one hand, pour batter into the pan slowly while swirling the pan around. Make sure the batter coats the entire bottom of the pan in a thin layer.
If the batter does not spread across the whole pan, add water to thin it out. If it spreads too fast and looks transparent, add more flour.
Once edges start to brown, 1-2 minutes, use a wooden skewer to release edges and flip.
Cook for 1-2 more minutes and remove from the pan.
Repeat until all batter is gone, top or fill however you would like, and enjoy!
