The colour may not look tasty but this smoothie tastes 10x better than it looks. As a morning shake or a quick meal to get out the door, this green smoothie is an quick and delicious recipe.

Ingredients:
2 cups baby spinach
1 banana
1 cup fresh strawberries
2 cups milk, milk alternatives or water depending on diet or preference
1-2 Tbsp of peanut butter or peanut butter alternatives (optional)
1 cup ice
Directions:
Wash the spinach and strawberries and cut off the stems.
In a blender, combine the ice, spinach, strawberries, milk or water, banana, and peanut butter (if desired).
Cover, and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses or travel mugs and enjoy!
